Summer Health and Wellness Classes

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Tuesday    6:00-7:00 pm

The term Vinyasa means flowing from one movement to the next with breath. In this class we will begin with sun salutations to connect our breath to our movement. The class will continue with flowing vinyasas to cultivate strength and awareness with grace. The class will begin and end with meditative centering exercises.

Open Level Yoga
This class follows a Vinyasa, or flowing method of aligning breath with movement to increase strength, stamina, flexibility and focus. It will get your blood flowing, heart rate up, and work to improve circulation, confidence, breath capacity, muscle tone, and clarity of mind. Dynamic asanas are balanced with more relaxing, restorative poses to invite a subtle calm in the body, mind and spirit.

Registration

There are several ways to register for classes.

  • Phone:  Call 612-338-1101 to register over the phone with a credit card payment.
  • Fax:  Download the registration form and fax it to 612-338-2479 with a credit card payment.
  • Mail:  Download the registration form and mail it to the Zenon office with a check or credit card payment.
  • In Person:  Stop by the Zenon office to register in person. If you are planning to register at your first class, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have enough time to complete your registration. To save time you can download the registration form and fill it out ahead of time.
